Just over 24 hours until the Australian Open minz that singles final between Andy Murray and

0:19.1

Novak Chokovich yet again. Myself David Law here on the tennis podcast brought to you an

0:24.3

association with the telegraph has two very very special guests today because I've got the

0:30.8

five live BBC radio team with me and we're looking forward to this Gigi Salmon and first tennis

0:37.0

correspondent Russell Fuller Russell. We've been here before it seems to me. It's a familiar site

0:43.2

isn't it to see Andy Murray and Novak Chokovich walking out in the final. If I were Andy Murray I

0:48.4

wouldn't be looking at the head-to-head record which doesn't make for particularly good reading.

1:22.8

five sets? Gigi Salmon and I have been talking this story over the course of the week. We've

1:26.6

not got no idea of we. As you would say come to me with an easy question thank you for that.

1:30.8

We've been speaking and I remember asking Leon Smith the great one Davis Cup captain in the

1:35.6

commentary box saying how did you beat him and he said again well that's the question and you

1:39.7

talked a lot of people they say you have to hope he has a dip or he has an off day but that's a lot

1:44.4

to ask for a player to come out especially if it's Novak Chokovich that came out against Roger Federer.

1:49.4

Those first two sets of tennis he was unplayable. The guy doesn't have a weakness some people clutch

1:55.5

against straws say oh he could be better at the net with his volleys but you know what I mean he's
