Sometimes you all send us email telling us what you are doing while you listen to the show.

And it's so cool to think about you guys all over the world listening and while you're exercising or running errands or painting.

Anyway, we're just super honored and glad to have you here with us.

Tonight, you two all of the folks who sent me emails telling me they could see my website from all over the world throughout the week.

So I knew you were listening to the show throughout the week.

So I just wanted to add that Samantha.

That's so cool.

So tonight we are doing our monthly Q&A show where we read our email questions, our mail bag questions to you all.

So we've got some really cool ones and some nice stories to share that you all have sent in and we're going to get to those in a moment.

But as you know, we always start off with a meditation of the week, a crystal of the week, and an animal of the week.

And tonight Deb is going to start us off with a nice meditation.

And take another deep breath.

And as you are breathing with your eyes closed, just see yourself in this beautiful forest where the leaves are just beginning to hint at fall.
