The latest jobs report is in, and job growth slowed to a crawl in August, with the economy

adding only 22,000 jobs last month, more than 50,000 fewer than expected.

Meanwhile, the unemployment rate grew from 4.2 to 4.3%, putting unemployment at its highest

level in nearly four years.

And these figures from the Bureau of Labor Statistics indicate the U.S. labor market is growing

stagnant.

It's the first jobs report since President Donald Trump fired the previous head of the BLS,

accusing her without evidence of manipulating the numbers

for political purposes.

Hamas has released a video of two hostages being driven around Gaza City, in a move

apparently aimed at swaying Israel's public opinion over the country's planned takeover of Gaza.
