So today, we have James Clarkson, who formerly was the Washington State Director of Mufon.

Our guest co-host is Jay Randall Murphy.

Now, before we get into James' background as a UFO investigator and his direct confrontation

with what might be called the Mufon Follies. Let me just get a few things out of the way.

First thing, I've mentioned here that we've asked Jan Harzam,

the executive director of Mufon,

to come on the paracast to talk about the various questions

that have arisen about the organization.

He has had different reasons for saying no the first time he needed to prepare for the conference.

We're going to ask James about that conference in a little while.

And the second thing is now they apparently have to vacate their offices because the building has been sold.

And they have to vacate those offices in three weeks

so this month is out and hopefully he'll be available in September unless there's another reason

but we'll give him the benefit of the doubt here let's continue James before you ever became

associated with Mufon you started life as a law enforcement officer.
