sponsored by Morgan Stanley. There's been a lot of talk from the Trump administration about tax reform

and when it's going to happen. Speaker Paul Ryan laid out the real timeline in the Wisconsin State Journal.

He said he plans to introduce a tax overhaul bill in September with the goal of passing it through

the House by the end of the year.

No, October deadline. Ryan also said if the House doesn't do its job, we will depress turnout in 2018. The story everyone is talking about this morning is special concert Robert Mueller,

impaneling a Washington grand jury in the Russia probe. Reuters is reporting that the grand jury

has issued subpoenas in connection with the June 2016

meeting between Trump's son Don Jr., Jared Kushner, and a Russian lawyer.

Meanwhile, CNN is reporting that Mueller is focused on the Trump money trail, exploring

whether his campaign colluded with Russian spies, looking at Trump and his associates' financial

ties to Russia.

Trump was in Huntington, West Virginia last night for a rally and didn't waste any time

to attack the Russia meddling investigation.

He called the investigation fake and demeaning and said it was both a democratic excuse

for the election loss and a distraction from what Trump contends are the more serious crimes

of his 2016 opponent Hillary Clinton.

In other West Virginia news, West Virginia Governor Jim Justice announced in a surprise

appearance at the Trump rally he was switching his party affiliation to Republican.

Justice recently went hunting with Don Jr.
