I'm starting today. Special counsel Jack Smith has filed a revised indictment

against former President Donald Trump in the election interference case reflecting changes required by a

recent Supreme Court ruling. The updated indictment removes claims about Trump's attempts to use

the Justice Department to advance false election fraud claims and clarifies

that his actions were in his capacity as a candidate, not as a president.

It also eliminates references to Jeffrey Clark,

a former Justice Department official

involved in the case.
