Joe Biden is launching a national tour this week to promote the passage of the Inflation

Reduction Act, which, as listeners know, doesn't actually reduce inflation, but it

does spend $370 billion to promote renewable energy.

So the hope is that, eventually, this will banker up the oil and gas and coal industries

and replace all of it with solar and wind.
