So, my friend David, what do you say when you're going to interview somebody you've known

three quarters of your life, which refers to Jim Mosley?

This is a tough one.

What do you talk about that you haven't talked about privately, but that's going to be of interest

to the audience?

Well, I haven't talked with him as much as we used to in the last 10 or 15 years.

So I think there's a lot of stuff there that would be interesting.

And even the things I've talked to him about show that Jim is a far more well-rounded individual

than a lot of people expect.

You know, you have saucer smear,

where he pokes fun at UFOs, at the same time quoting serious stories and serious reports, of course,

but you kind of look at it as kind of like a gossip column, you know, maybe a little bit of a

national inquirer of the UFO field about the strange goings-on

in it. And that's one thing which is fascinating because you can't separate, unfortunately,

as much as we'd like to. You cannot separate the UFO field from its personalities. I said,

it's a very sad thing because what happens here is that we have

all these crazy events that are going on, but we also have this fact that it attracts a lot of

unusual people. And that's present company included, of course. Well, there's the whole cult of personality thing, but at the same time, one has to think

that underneath of that, there are some actual truths to these events, there are some actual

elements to these events that almost take them out of the realm of entertainment.
