Hey, friends. I'm Annie F. Downs. Let's read the Gospels. The Gospels are the first four books of

the New Testament in the Bible, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. These are the stories of Jesus Christ's

life on earth, the friendships, the parables, the sacrifices, the meals, the miracles. Each month

and that's it. So today is August 16th, day 16, and I'll be reading Luke chapters one through three,

in putting together a story of the wonderful harvest of Scripture and history that took place

lives. Since I have investigated all the reports in close detail, starting from the stories beginning,

I decided to write it all out for you, most honorable theophilus, so you can know beyond the shadow

of a doubt the reliability of what you are taught. During the rule of Herod, King of Judea, there was

a priest assigned service in the regiment of Abysia. His name was Zachariah. His wife was descended
