But just so, you know, like, we are very different. But we, and we've talked about this today because of the stuff that happened over the weekend. Like, she's African American. I'm a white guy. She's from big city. I'm from small town. She doesn't care about

libraries. I care a lot. Deeply, deeply, deeply about library. She's not into sci-fi. I am. She loves

the Steelers. I don't. Okay. Careful. Careful. Okay. See right there is where we start the

Anyway, we just want to welcome you and thanks for listening.

You know how it is with relationships and stuff.

I'm still learning this, but I know that sometimes it's all about timing when you say things, how it comes across.

And so this weekend, there was this big racial incident, and wherever you're coming from on that, you know, whatever our thoughts are on it,

there's a time to say things and there's a time not to and i noticed this because i feel like if we

don't do the work before then something happens we don't have much to say in light of it it's just

you can't just suddenly jump on this and go well i figure this that one no we haven't even been

if i haven't focused on it so with that i just i just bring that up because I think it would be such an opportunity

for believers. If we did this unity thing where we really practiced it, it would be shocking to the rest of the world.

It would be like, man, we can't figure this race thing out, but you guys did. How did that happen?

It would be so remarkable, and we'd have so much to offer when something like, you know, this weekend happens.

We'd have much more to offer to people, and they'd be able to see something and go, how did that, who, what is behind this?

And we'd be happy to tell them.

We were just talking about, you know, when there's problems,

people will turn to people they know are problem solvers.
