Hi, friends. I am Annie F. Downs. Let's read the Gospels. The Gospels are the

0:05.8

first four books of the New Testament in the Bible, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.

0:09.2

These are the stories of Jesus Christ's life on earth, the friendships, the

0:13.1

parables, the sacrifices, the meals, the miracles. Each month we read all four

0:17.6

books, so subscribe today and join us as we read the Gospels together. And

0:22.3

remember, you don't have to be in the Gospels every day to be changed, but

0:26.4

0:49.7

be reading Mark chapters four through seven. And this month I'm reading from the

0:53.3

message.

size that he had to get into an offshore boat using the boat as a pulpit, as the

1:07.3

people pushed to the water's edge. He taught by using stories, many stories.

1:12.2

Listen, what do you make of this? A farmer planted seed. As he scattered the seed,

1:16.9

some of it fell on the road and birds ate it. Some fell in the gravel.

1:20.9

It sprouted quickly, but didn't put down roots. So when the sun came up, it

1:25.0

withered just as quickly. Some fell in the weeds. As it came up, it was

1:28.8

strangled among the weeds and nothing came of it. Some fell on good earth and came
