Summary

Jeremy Gardner is a man of many endeavors and talents. He helped develop Augur, a blockchain based prediction market, scheduled for release in Q1 or Q2 2017, is a member of the Blockchain Education Network, Editor-in-Chief at The Distributed Ledger magazine, and is a venture capitalist and angel investor in various tech companies.
Jeremy dives deep into the workings and reasoning behind the creation of Augur, (built on the ethereum platform), an upcoming global, decentralized prediction market. Because it is decentralized, Augur will harness the wisdom of the crowd to set odds and predictions on various events such as “who will win the 2020 presidential election?”, “how much rainfall will Buenos Aires experience during May 2016”, and more.
Jeremy also discusses some the most exciting cryptocurrencies, tokens and blockchain use cases right now and what he considers to be the greatest challenges the industry faces.
By listening to influential market makers and people like Jeremy Gardner, you'll be sure to have your mind blown. Make sure to subscribe, share and review this podcast.
