agenda this week because he wanted a vote on infrastructure

before the budget. This week, we have Pramila Jayapal, the Washington State Democrat, who is the

chair of the Progressive Caucus. She is going to be absolutely key. You know, our modicum is

power people politics. She has power. She has people and her politics are extraordinarily interesting.

She's the top progressive in the Congress.

And she now says that she will not vote for an infrastructure bill until a budget bill is voted on.
