nights all day Harrison first off great to see you it is I genuinely mean that I

see that you're back in the UK and I saw you were on social media I was like why don't we try and get him in and you were obliged here you are and we're

delighted to have you you look great as well I know he's a podcast but you look a

million dollars yeah thank you thank you yeah I'm glad you invited me in because every time I come back to England, I kind of get myself back involved with boxing in terms of like just seeing what's going on and tweeting about it.

Because when I'm back in America, I don't really jump in as much time

zones are different it's harder to do it so I'm glad you got me and there's a lot of topics to

talk about it. I think Gary and I are probably both thinking like why did you come back in surely it's a lot more peaceful

world out there and it like stay out of the boxing world now it's it's the world west

but do you like do you enjoy dipping your toe back into it and I suppose it's a weird one but do you miss it?

You know in terms of like in the ring and boxing I don't miss it I had nothing left to give

like I stayed around for longer than most people because I

started boxes at 19 very late so when I won the Olympics it was 28 29 so I was already
