0:46.5	But a key element in all of this is to make sure there's four or five guys on every roster that are either looking to move for a better
0:55.0	situation or on the fringe of getting drafted and they don't know if they should stay or go.

1:21.5	to evaluate new guys, but to be able to brainstorm ways to keep guys. And it's made it tougher.

1:29.6	up front, right? You know, that's the quickest way to bridge the gap. Keeping the talent you have
1:34.5	up front on both sides of the ball. Keeping a guy like Eugene Asante, a playmaker on defense who can
1:40.1	play at this level, you're going to have some guys that move on that need to move on.
