And how are you currently employed? I'm employed as a police officer for Fairfax County.

And how long have you been employed by the Fairfax County Police Department?

February will be four years.

And how were you employed back on February 24th,

2023? I was a police officer on patrol. With Fairfax County? Yes, ma'

and were you on duty that day? I was. Were you in uniform and displaying your badge of authority?

I was. And is your department issued uniform equipped with body worn camera?

Yes, ma'am.

And can you describe how your body worn camera works for us?

You double-tap the center button and it comes on or it can be activated by lights and sirens.

And at the end of the day, what, if anything, do you do with your body-worn camera?

We docked them so that they can be uploaded. And was your body on camera working on February 24th, 2023? Yes, ma'am, it was. And I'm going to draw your attention, Officer Bechner, to the morning hours on that date. Did you respond to a call for service? I did. And where did you respond? I believe it was all Sablebrook Way. I don't remember the exact address. It was in Harriet 521 of the

Reston District Station. And is that a location within Fairfax County? Yes, ma'am, it is. Were other officers on scene when you arrived?

Yes, ma'am. Do you know how many other officers had entered the house before you that day? I believe three or four.
