0:59.5	the CDC right now says that over, you can go the website right now, over 50% of all Americans will
1:05.6	deal with a mental illness in their lifetime. An anxiety and depression are topping the charts.
1:12.5	What that tells me and what that tells you is almost every single one of us tuned into this talk
1:16.9	right now. We've either dealt with this stuff personally, or we care about somebody who has.
1:22.0	It's that prevalent, but I do not believe that's God's plan for our life. I do not believe we have to
1:27.2	just sit back and take it. I don't believe, I used to, but I don't believe anymore that we have to
1:31.1	just sit back and deal with depression and be attacked by anxiety. But I believe through the
1:35.5	spiritual weapons that God has given us through the powerful name of Jesus and His Holy Spirit,
1:40.2	we can take a stand, we can push back, we can say I'm not going to just be attacked. I'm going to
1:44.6	attack back and I'm going to start to experience some peace and some joy and some freedom that
1:50.0	Jesus died to provide us with. Amen. Here's where we're headed. I want this to start to build your
1:56.8	faith. I know there's a whole bunch of you tuning into this right now and this is very personal
