And it's getting very, very interesting, maybe with the exception of Kami, Marx's

Mamdani in New York, who seems to still

have a steady, you know, a slide path straight to the, you know, Gracie Mansion in New York City.

I don't know what that says about New York City, but I will tell you this, New Yorkers are getting

a little bit nervous because they know when it came

out last week that they had more Goldman Sachs employees in Texas that work in Texas, based in Texas,

employed in Texas, running their business out of Texas than they did New York City.

Sirens ought to be blaring in New York City

because I can tell you living in the free state of Florida

that Wall Street South is very real.

Every private equity firm, every bank,

every big financial firm that you can name or think of,

and every small one on top of it has offices in the free state of Florida.
