They write over at mediamatters.org.

Manosphere influencers promoting abuse and violence against women.

These influencers they write have defended beating women, mocking abuse survivors,

and called for the acceptance of abuse against women similar to customs and Saudi Arabia.

They call themselves the Manosphere.

It's an online community of right-wing websites, bloggers, and influencers who blame

women for myriad societal woes and treat them as the inferior sex.

Sometimes people get young men get drawn into this by websites that are theoretically about

weightlifting or video games or boxing, but in fact are just kind of entry points for this really

horrible misogynist hate women kind of content.

Tate, for example, said relationships only work if a woman obeys like she's supposed to.

That's right.

This is, you know, I don't understand the connection here.
