I have to say I feel a a little cocky when we get in

arguments about what we have or have not said on the podcast before because I have had people

back me up in our DMs before that I have said things that I've claimed to a set.

Okay, yeah, the spaghetti on the wall thing. Yes, I know. And someone did back Christy up on the

spaghetti at the wall thing and said that she indeed has said that she throws not just things at the wall, but spaghetti. So all right, she got validated on that one. Yes. this week. This one actually got a lot deeper than I thought it was going to. I mean, I don't know

how I thought it wouldn't, I guess. But when we thought about the topic, we thought about it

in a certain way, but once we learned more about it and started talking about it more, we definitely
