So and you've been racing mountain bikes for some time you started out racing a lot of exeo stuff

You ended up transitioning more into the endurance side of things ultra endurance as well

In fact like it usually merit or mountain biking for those that don't know usually it's broken down so

There's like short track which is really rare short track is like a 30 minute event

But that would be a long one usually like 15 to 20 minutes usually

Then from short track you go to exeo or cross-country Olympic

That's usually somewhere around 90 minutes give or take 15 to 30 minutes on either side

Then you go in a marathon. That's usually like 30 to 50 miles ish

We're talking somewhere around like a three hour race and then there's ultra marathon

Which that's like a hundred miles who knows how long and then you also have done like crazy stage races across Mongolia
