much in the online world especially among atheists and religious people and stuff. We'll get to it. We'll get to it. I'm just going to tease it. You need to say the name of the show. I do.

Okay, because we didn't because we're not going to be talking about much of it. Hey, I've only seen two episodes of it before I threw my TV into the ocean. So

well, I write down. Yeah, I've got this. This is an amazing article. Um, about the rate rate of infection COVID infection. Sure. Amongst the Orthodox Jewish community in London. Oh, we know this. We've we've done plenty of stories about Orthodox Jews.

Um, we're talking about ultra Orthodox. We're talking about the Herady community. We're talking about. That's true. Yeah, you're right. You're right. You're right. You're right. The article was just calling them Orthodox. And you're right. This is the, uh, the ultra Orthodox. Right.

Um, and they, uh, they don't they don't care about. They're not doing the masking thing. They're not. They're not. And we've done a ton of stories about them in COVID and flaunting rules and regulations.

Getting in close and. It's just spreading the disease. Right. Yeah. Um, well, in London, uh, then the numbers are in and their infection rate is nine times higher than the national average.

Okay. Uh, so the rate, they're looking specifically at the rate of past infection, uh, known as seroprevalence. Okay. Um, and, uh, in just one Orthodox Jewish community of roughly 15,000 people, they found that 64%, uh, had, uh, had COVID at some point. Wow.

And, um, by contrast, Dan, the seroprevalence, uh, across the entire UK is seven percent. Yeah. And 11% in London. Right. Yeah. Um, and, uh, and so, and this has been a problem since the very first wave of the disease, uh, where, uh, Jewish men and women had the highest rates of death.

Um, which, uh, like somewhere well over 700 deaths per 100,000 people. Um, and, uh, where do you think, uh, atheists fall in by comparison, uh, percentage wise, or even just compared to other religious groups.

I'm going to guess to do pretty darn well compared to religious groups. Um, atheists, uh, in general, in general, I don't know, and we're talking in the UK, right? Yeah, this is a, it is a British article. Yeah.

Uh, I would say that atheists are probably, uh, probably holding out all right. Yeah, you're right. Um, as far as any group, um, belief group.

Um, it is the absolute lowest. Yeah. Cause we actually believe the science. That's kind of our thing. That's, yeah. So no surprise there. Uh, people are going to get on me at the end of the show.

They're going to hear me say that sciences are thing. And then at the end of the show, I'm going to say some stuff that they're going to be like, hey, what are you?

What are you doing anyway? Uh, we'll get there. Um, and I guess that number that I said 700 per 100,000 now that I'm actually looking closer to the graph.

Um, that's a Jewish men. Um, Jewish women had, we're only about 400 per 100,000. You know, we, we assume an interesting thing.

When, when we read stories like this, we assume that it's because they all go to giant weddings, shoulder to packed in, shoulder to shoulder, and like cough on each other. Yeah.

Yeah. And that's how these, you know, these ultra orthodox Jews are transmitting the virus.
