I'm your host John Akef and today is a special day because it's the first episode

of Summer School.

We started this last year because it was summer and we thought it would be really fun

to hit a bunch of different topics during the summer, during a time where people might

be kind of relaxing on vacation but they still want to keep that goal fire going, a smidge

a bit as they get ready for the fall.

So what we did was we came up with a bunch of subjects that we thought were helpful because

they're the questions we get the most about.

When people ask me questions about goals, they're often categorized into a couple categories.
