For years, I used the “Goldilocks” method when I started new goals - nothing too big, nothing too small. Needless to say, it never got me where I really wanted to be. Then I finally discovered that I was doing the dreaming phase of goals all wrong. I learned that at this critical stage of planning goals, there are two words that are like rocket fuel for your goal. These two words will give your goal the oomph it needs to actually get off the ground and keep you moving forward when challenges arise. Tune in to find out what they are!
