Welcome to Tuesday morning. It's a little bit grey and dull out there. We've got lots to talk about, though.

Ben Habib joins us up first. Chairman of Brexit Watch, former MEP, of course, as well. But we have something to say. It has to be said right up front. And that is about the Nicola Bully case. It's on all the front pages this morning. Some terrible, terrible news for the family yesterday. Nicky, we can let you rest now, was the family statement after police in Lancashire confirmed that the body they had found in the river wire was the river wire, was in fact Nicola Bully.

She had been missing since January, late January, and of course the fears that the family had,

that the worst had happened, have come true. The cases now with the coroner. But amongst other things,

the family said that they were concerned about the way that certain

sections of the media and certain sections of the public did behave.

And we want to address that this morning because it's very clear to me that social media

is out of control.

There is no question at all that social media is like the Wild West.

Now, you can say whatever you want about the behaviour of journalists, but behaviour

by journalists in regular media is monitored, it is regulated. It is regulated in particular

in the broadcast media right here where we sit. We are only monitored and governed by

off-com. There are reasons why there is rules in place for the conduct of journalists

in these kinds of situations and if anything does go wrong, it is fixable. However, when it comes

to the situation regarding social media, that is simply not the case. And people keep saying

to me, what can we do about this social media frenzy? What can we do about people posting

unfounded rumours on TikTok, libelous stories on TikTok, allegations which are completely unfounded,
