What's up everyone and happy Wednesday you've made it halfway through the week so let's

Hopefully you've been putting in work so far because the Eagles player sure have, well kind

of.

After reaching an agreement with head coach Nick Seriani the players returned for a modified

version of spring training and earlier today some of the team leaders took to the podium

to speak with the media and it's locked loaded and ready for you.
