The eagles are at the podium and we have it covered here thanks to the

five folk at SB Nation and Bleen the Green Nation. I am your host Michael Kist

and today we have Doug Peterson answering questions from the media on Monday morning after the Eagles lost to the Packers.

This occurred less than 24 hours after watching Jaylen Hurts run the Eagles offense.

Doug of course was asked about who his started would be in the upcoming tilt with the New

Orleans Saints, to which he said he doesn't know, but a decision will be made and when he knows,

we'll know.

He also said that putting Hertz in was the spark they were looking for and that Hertz played

OK and if I can put my personal opinion on it Hertz was in fact okay and okay enough

to be named the starter against the Saints and that's the route that they should take.

Now it doesn't help Hertz that he would be going up against the number two defense per football

outsiders d'V-O-A in the Saints but something has to be done because even when the

Eagles go against average or even tomato-can defenses they've struggled this year anyway.

So we await the decision from Doug, but let's hear it from the man himself.
