Hello everyone.

Welcome back to the Grace Curly show.

It is I.

I am back after a day off, a day under the weather.

The weird thing about being, whenever, whatever, if you catch something like a 24-hour bug

or something like that, which was my situation, is do you notice that when you're in the throes of it you just keep

thinking to yourself when this passes I'm going to be a different me like I'm going to

change my life I'm going to start running I'm going to change my life. I'm going to start running. I'm going to start eating better. I'm just

gonna, it's all up from here. And then slowly you lose that motivation as time goes on but I remember thinking yesterday

oh people don't know what's hit him once I get back baby and that's where we're

at today we're back huge thank you to Geridiglio who's always you know, to Jarediglio, who's always, you know, just holding down the fort when I'm gone.

Toby Leary, Bill Broussard, Emma Foley,

and really the whole crew here, Howie Taylor, everybody stepped up yesterday and I really appreciate that.
