is Will Salitan boys, we had some elections that was just I thought the Sarah just had a

rough time camping oh Will is wearing fingerless gloves.

So we just had some voting last night and it was a mixed bag.

The squad took it on the chin, which is great, and the Trump Maga endorses kind of took it on the

chin a little bit.

Tim, you wrote about this this morning for morning shots our excellent newsletter product

let me put a chord in the machine what's going on? Yeah, I mean, there are kind of two stories of last night, so the main one, these elections

always like, oh, you know, you want a clean story or it's like every every crazy Republican one and every normal Democrat one and it's like if you write anything this and he's like well actually did you notice what happened in the Utah CD3 it's like at the broadest strokes I think there's one important lesson that we learned

which is among incumbent candidates so who are being primaryed. On the

Democratic side, you are at risk of being

primarried if you act too crazy or too extreme. We saw that in New York with

Jamal Bowman who gets primar George Latimer who is to be frank

Too conservative probably for the district and he's not he's not moderate in the sense of Biden. Biden is moderate.

He's like moderate almost into Joe Mansion territory.

Maybe not all the way to Joe Mansion,

but closer to mansion than Biden.

And so Latimer wins his primary in a liberal district in New York because Democratic voters are like,

look, this guy doing 9-11 conspiracies saying Hamas didn't really rape anybody after October 7th.

It's pulling the fire alarm. It's too far. rape anybody after October 7th.
