Hello everybody at home with columor he reaches double figures and is part of an Olympic double i swap the swimming pool and Adam Pee for the

boxing ring and an absolute groundbreaker. Yes nickel Adams became the first woman to ever win a boxing Olympic gold here at London 2012,

but how she got to the top was through fighting tooth and nail for every inch, both within the sport and outside of it. Now she's about as

laughing and smiley as anyone I could meet on at home but I know there's a serious

story behind that and it deserves to be told properly. She's both a trailblazer and a lifesaver and I just

hope my sofa at the flat will be the place to truly get to hear that story properly.

Ding-Ding, round one. I. That's a hard knock.
