Chantal, welcome to Amateur Traveler.

Thank you so much for having me. I am so excited to share with everyone this beautiful

area of the world because it's absolutely gorgeous and breathtaking.

Well, and you're going to have to put it on a map for people because this is not a term that

I was familiar with in terms of the what is the Swiss Riviera.

Okay well we often hear of the French Riviera and the Swiss Riviera is just at the French

border so if you pinpoint Switzerland on a map just for those who don't maybe

know where it is exactly. It's in between France, Italy, Liechtenstein, Austria, and

Germany. So it borders many of those countries and inside of Switzerland itself, there's the different different areas and if you're talking about the French area everyone

here is often about Geneva and Lake Geneva the Swiss Re Vierra is that beautiful area along Lake Geneva going over towards what they call the Valle area.

So that whole area there is called the Swiss Riviera along Lake Geneva.
