I'd like to welcome to the show Christina Liskun from Finding Elevation.com which is a

mindfulness website but she is also from Moldova originally and come to talk to us about her home country

or original home country of origin. Moldova Christina welcome to the show.

I feel like I could have possibly said that more awkwardly,

but I think that was awkward enough.

So you were born in Moldova, but don't live there now.

Yes, I was born and raised, and I left when I was 19 and I'm currently in Canada.

So first of all where is Moldova? I'm not sure that everybody can even put it on a map.

Yeah that's a very valid question and for all the years I was just thinking I should just make a card

You know every time I introduce myself to someone I just give them the card and they're like hey this is where it is because the second question, when everybody finds out that I'm from Moldova is, where is that?

So I'm quite used to it already.

Has anyone ever accused you of making up a country? Well, not yet, but I'm still kind of thinking

might happen in the future.

But it's actually in Eastern Europe,

settling right next to Ukraine and Romania. So it's a very small country.
