I had no idea what she was talking about.

Kit, where are we talking about?

We're talking about south of the outer banks,

which most people are familiar with,

and north of Wilmington, North Carolina.

So it's this little pocket of land

that is just a beautiful little gem that is just now getting discovered.

And you started to tell me in the first version of this recording that didn't work technically,

that there was a reason why we hadn't heard of it.

I think it's because of the roads.

It used to be, there's an interstate that goes down to Wilmington,
