1:21.2	We're talking about the former Belgian Congo or the Democratic Republic of
1:24.2	Congo so on the south side of the river and the larger of the nations.
1:27.6	Excellent and this is obviously the more democratic of the two from the name right?
1:31.5	Oh yeah I mean they're also remarkably democratic.
