Summary

Hear about travel to the Island of Socotra and Yemen as the Amateur Traveler talks to Earl from WanderingEarl.com about a visit to this isolated island best known for its production of frankincense. The island is quite isolated and a third of its plant life is found nowhere else on the planet. With trees like the umbrella-shaped dragon’s blood tree it has been described as the most alien-looking place on Earth. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

experience what it was like when it hit an iceberg. The theme park also boasts a man-made beach

0:54.8

Turkish baths and what is called a 6D cinema. I don't know what it is, but it's apparently twice

0:59.6

as good as 3D. Something that's not twice as good was a recent landing by some Southwest airline pilots at the wrong airport.
