There's an interesting new alternative to Airbnb called Flat Club, which is based in the UK.

What they provide is an Airbnb experience, but you can choose a membership that is limited, for instance, to the university where you went to so you

would only stay with alumni or some other group that had a closed membership to provide for a safer

sharing experience.

And then I love this story from the Huffington Post.

Would you pay nearly $10 for a plain old cup of coffee at a particular cafe in France

that's how much the coffee will cost you unless you use the magic words

hello and please according to a sign a typical cup of coffee will cost you two dollars
