Former Black Panther William Potts, 56 years old, returned to the United States this year.

What is unusual is that he returned from Cuba, which he was so anxious to get to in 1984

that he hijacked a plane to get there.

He is returning to face charges of hijacking a plane at least 20 years. He already served 15 in Cuba.
