Before we get into this week's interview,

I do have three news stories for you.

The first one, American Airlines had a system-wide glitch

that managed to slow down every single flight they were doing recently.

We saw the same thing with the merger from Continental to United with the merger of the two

airline systems, so apparently if you have a, you will have problems.

And then speaking of airplane problems, United had a problem where they diverted a flight

because a family on the flight complained about the in-flight movie.

Now we probably have different stories of this but the family

on the flight was not pleased with how violent the movie was it was a PG-13 movie and

and they thought that their kids four and eight should not watch it.

But from their point of view at least, all of the discussions were very civil and they

understood that the movie was still going to be shown.
