Not all three of them are still named by that,

but what three countries are we talking about? It's the three countries on the top right corner of South America between Venezuela and Brazil.

It's British Guyana, which is known as Guyana.

It is Suriname, which is known as Guiana or Guiana. It is Serinam which is known as Dutch Guiana and then

French Guiana which technically is still a territory under France. It's not its own
