Christchurch New Zealand has had a rough year and it looked for a moment like they might

be having some new and unusual problems as the pilot of a passenger jet, thought to be an air

New Zealand flight on his descent into Christchurch reported seeing a

flying shark at several thousand feet. Now it turns out sharks have not in fact

learned to fly in New Zealand it was instead a helium-filled radio-controlled craft meant to be operated inside.
