Tady the Amateur Traveler talks about nightlife,

Wales, and Iceberg Alley as we go to Newfoundland. I got the city one more cafe.

I know that I should be heading home,

but maybe not, maybe not to the day.

Welcome to the amateur traveler. I'm your host Chris Christensen. Before we get

into this week's interview, I do have three news stories for you. In the first

one Green Day, the band's frontman Billy Joe Armstrong says he was kicked

off a Southwest Airlines flight Thursday for wearing his pants too low. Lest you think this is

youthful in discretion, Billy is 39. Billy, pull your pants up.

But he got off fairly light, an altercation broke out on a different Southwest Airlines flight after

a passenger refused to turn off his cell phone.

The incident occurred Monday on a flight from Phoenix when coming from El Paso.

The man turned on his cell phone as the flight was landing.

When asked to turn it off, he refused, and was met by authorities

at the aircraft.

This one, I side with Southwest.

And then Southwest wasn't really having as much problems as Continental Connection.

A Turbo Prop airline landed at the wrong airport.
