Before we get into this week's interview, I do have three news stories for you.

The first one is a cautionary tale about someone who was on a

cruise ship, but it was in a U.S. port and he picked up on his wireless card a signal which he assumed was his free domestic signal, but instead

it was an international roaming signal from the ship, and he was hit with a 27,789 dollar bill for a single wireless

session even though he was in Miami, Florida.

He was credited for that and didn't have to pay it,

but think of that next time you're using your computer on a cruise ship.

Speaking of having to pay for things you always thought would be free, Ryanair has not dismissed the idea of charging to use the toilets while flying.

They wouldn't be a pay toilet with coins, it might be a swipe of your credit card, but they haven't ruled it out.

And in other good news for Flyers, if you've had a problem with United Airlines and you're outside of the US,

don't try calling their international phone line as of April because they

are disconnecting it. Their explanation, people who use email or write us are more satisfied

with our responses. So they're just thinking of you. For
