I have a couple news stories for you.

The first news story that gave me a bit of a chuckle was an article from EMSN.com

and it was called the Ten wacky complaints about air travel.

It's different things that people complaining about that you might not expect

and I'll read you just two of them.

The first one, and these are all written from flight attendance.

Complaints about late arrivals are so common that I recite the canned response by
