to Monaco.

I got my bags packed on a roll. I'm heading out there and I'm ready to go.

I have four news stories for you today. The first one comes from Europe

a la carte blog. Is flying more stressful than knife point mugging?

It says I was shocked to read that the flying appears to be more stressful than

being subject to knife point mugging.

Four volunteers making a return trip from London Heathrow to Amsterdam were kidded out

with chest monitors to detect

change in heart rate arm pressure pads to measure change in blood pressure and

fingertip sensors to measure change in physiological stress. The experience of making this return trip

led to heart rates of four times normal resting levels and psychological levels of stress

equivalent to a free fall parachute jumper.

Wow.

I've been through Heathrow recently and I'd say it's a little more stressful than average,
