My guest today is Lars Malice. Lars Malice is a certified professional astrologer and author of HarperCollins' 2025-2005-25 and the 2006 edition, Your Personal Horoscope, 2006.

Lars was on the board of directors for the National Council for Geocosmic Research and is currently serving as the competency chair for CAPISAR.

He was the outreach director for NCGR-L-A from 2019 to 2023 as well.

He holds multiple certifications from the school for

traditional astrology. And outside of astrology, he enjoys playing tennis and occasionally

doing stand-up comedy. And I can't wait to talk to him today, find out what all those

So when I was reading your bio, there was a couple of things here that I wasn't sure what they meant.

And I'm sure that the listeners probably do not know what they've been either.

But it says that you were serving as the competency chair for competency

chair for C-A-P-I-S-A-R. Can you tell us what that means? Yes, it is a tongue twister. So it is the certification

for astrological professionals from the International Society for Astrological Research.

I need to take a breath after that. But yeah, so

essentially what CAP-E-Sar is, much easier to say, would be CAP-E-Sar, is it's one of the largest

certification bodies internationally that's sought after in a similar way to how, like, the lawyers

would take a bar or, like, doctors would take the board's exams. It's not required that astrologers

pass a certification exam, but it does help pressure test that, you know, your astrologer knows
