First of all, just a quick update.

Yes, I'm feeling so much better, as you can tell by my voice,

and thank you for your kind messages and well wishes from last week's show where I was very low energy.

It actually was good for me to rest because I really haven't been sick in a long time. And so I know that it means, all right,

I've approached burnout and now I have to just honor that and take some time off. But now

things have differently shifted.

And I know that the past, oh boy, two weeks have been big for many of us.

And we all work with those energies in different ways.

You know, we feel them in different ways, whether you feel them in your body,

you feel them in your chakras, you feel them just in your, perhaps in your mind, in your emotions,

or, you know, D, all of the above.

You feel it everywhere.

We've been moving through a big energy cycle.
