Welcome to another episode of Natalia Benson, the podcast.

It's so good to be back with you.

I took a little break last week.

If you guys listened to my very, very in-depth vulnerable share from I guess it'd be

about a month or so ago, just around what I learned from getting sick back in May, ending

up in the hospital, and just really awakening and attuning more deeply to my feminine receptive energy, it's gotten me

much more attuned to my body, whereas I used to be someone who was like full seam ahead,

ignore the prompts of my body all the time, so disassociated. And this has honestly been a really special thing in the last,

I'd say a couple of months because I just feel so much more attuned to like what my body is

sharing with me. And especially since I had Dr. Sarah on an amazing episode about the menstrual cycle and our business,

I, as I know that I've shared with you, I actually added my unique phases to my calendar,

like directly to my calendar.

So I've really been, I'm going to use this word again, but attuning the

business to my cycle. And I've had a very, very gentle week this week. And I actually haven't

had any calls. Today was like my first day back. I had a Q&A this morning with the business
