He will say believe, having believed here,

would praise his glory.

This first hoped here may or may not be the best translation.

I read a bunch of commentaries today, and some say this is the right translation, and others say

it's to put an emphasis on who hoped ahead of time not first among many

people but that hope is the first thing that precedes other things that come in your pilgrimage
