So part of what we're doing is kind of going through a series of conversations around

kind of a, for lack of a better word, a code for how to live differently as a family team.

There are certain things that you value that are a little unusual than maybe the average

or what's what people see as normal.

Other people think this way as well.

But definitely when you're trying to build a multi-generational

team on mission, these things become more than just maybe another option. They become really ideal.

And so we're kind of walking through these. And the one that we're going to talk about today is

assets over career. So this is the part of our lifestyle where we start to think about work very differently.
