So the news of the week was the Dolphins made a change at the head coach position Brian Flores after three years in charge of the Miami Dolphins has been dismissed of that position.

Stephen Ross met with the media on Monday morning to discuss what went into that decision and he said I've been looking at this over three years now and watching the organization grow. I think an organization can only function if it is collaborative and if it works well together.

I don't think that we were really working well as an organization that it would take to really win consistently at the NFL level.

So Brian Flores is out as head coach of the Miami. in was a talented young corps here in South Florida, so thanks to Brian Flores for his time here and nothing but the best to him and his future endeavors.

You know, I thought the things this team accomplished under Brian Flores was building up a really strong defense that produced over the last couple of seasons some good numbers in terms of

takeaways and the sacks and third down getting that pressure and having the identity of that defense to go ahead

and heat up opposing quarterbacks and you can argue whether or not it was successful

against some of the top-line quarterbacks the Dolphins faced or not but they were

overall productive in that time here and that defense will stay intact as far as

a big majority of that personnel with all the young
